1. Who we are
Kundli Video is run by [Company legal name], registered at [Registered address], India. By using kundlivideo.in or buying a video, you agree to these terms.
2. What you get
A narrated video reading prepared by our team from your calculated birth chart and emailed to you, usually within 24 hours of payment. Each video is for personal use; you may download and share it freely.
3. For guidance and entertainment
Astrology readings are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Do not make health, money or legal decisions based only on a reading.
4. Your details
You must be 18 or older to buy. If you enter someone else's birth details, you confirm you have their permission. The accuracy of a reading depends on the details you provide.
5. Payments
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. All payments are final; see our Cancellation policy. Payments are processed by [Payment gateway]. We accept UPI only and never see or store your UPI PIN.
6. Fair use
Don't resell videos as your own astrology service, try to break the service, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Liability and disputes
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts in [City] have jurisdiction.

How we use it
To calculate charts, prepare your videos, send order updates by email, and issue GST invoices. We don't sell your data or use birth details for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run Kundli Video: payment processing, cloud hosting, video production tools, and email. Each is bound to use the data only for that purpose. Shared video links never show birth details.
Your choices
You can view, edit or delete birth profiles anytime in your account. To delete your whole account and all videos, use Delete account in Settings or write to privacy@kundlivideo.in; we complete it within 7 days. This policy follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Grievance officer

Cancellation policy
All payments are final
Each video is made to order from your birth details, so we don't offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.
Delivery time
We email every video within 24 hours of payment. If we're late, write to us and we'll prioritise your order.
Changing birth details
You can edit birth details from your order status page until our team starts on your video. After that, details are locked.
Problems with a video
Use the request form or email support@kundlivideo.in with your order number and we'll get back to you.
